The Closerie de la Bruzette offers 4 quiet and comfortable rooms for a cultural, sportive, gastronomical or a simple restful stay.
Close to Tours, in the Loire Valley a classified UNESCO world heritage site, in the heart of the Castles of the Loire, our family home, a typical local XVllth and XVlllth building, can house 10 guests. We also have 2 extra beds and 2 baby cots available.
A family can be comfortably installed in the joined « Wood » and « Copper » rooms. The « Ivory » and « Crystal » rooms, large and bright, located in an outbuilding, are also decorated in the same refined manner.
Three ground floor rooms, one cosy first floor room, separate entries, private bathrooms, facilities for persons with limited mobility, regional furniture, comfortable beds, parking places, close to shops: all contribute to the restful stay you could wish.
Garden produce: seasonal fruit, jams and stewed fruit await you in our dining room for a hearty breakfast. After this friendly, convivial moment, we will be happy to help you prepare your day of discovery of Touraine.
The town of Tours is 9 km away. You will find there a large choice of restaurants for all appetites and all budgets.
If you prefer simple cooking: 2 meal areas are reserved for our hosts with crockery, refrigerator and microwave oven.
Perhaps you will be tempted by a picnic in the grounds under the hundred-year-old lime trees or in the shade of the orchard, or even in the middle of the vegetable garden during the strawberry season?
We hope to help you appreciate a certain gentle way of life after discovering famous castles, outstanding gardens, homes of writers, unusual museums and enticing vineyards.
